Orders - The information we request is used for billing purposes and to
fill your orders. If by chance the item that is ordered is not in stock we
will ship the order out the moment that item is received into our inventory.
Since we are able to offer such inexpensive rates on our products the demand for
our accessories is sometimes quite high. The listing of a particular item or
accessory does not constitute a guarantee or promise of availability. So, if an
item you have ordered is not available we will try to contact you to provide
status on your order. We strongly encourage our patrons to include a current
daytime phone number and email so we may contact them if any delays occur. Also,
note that there maybe a slight variation in design due to factory assembly.
Shipping - All orders take one to three business days to process before
being shipped. In most cases, orders are shipped out within 48 hours of the
order being received. The processing time of an order is completely separate
from the shipping time, therefore, to estimate delivery time, please consider
the following steps: 1. The time an order is received by our office is sometimes
delayed up to 24 hours. 2. The processing time of the order. 3. The actual
delivery time of the shipping company. Our office and fulfillment department are
open Monday thru Friday, 10am to 5pm EST. No orders are processed or shipped on
weekends or holidays. Please note shipping and handling charges are non
refundable, and will not be refunded for any reason.
Exchanges - Merchandise may be returned for exchange within 15 days of
the shipping date. If you are exchanging for an item of lesser value, a credit
in the amount of the difference will be issued. If you are exchanging for an
item of greater value, a charge will be processed. Merchandise will not be
exchanged after 15 days Please Note: Exchanges or Replacements will only be done
one time. If the exchange is of an aesthetic nature shipping charges will NOT be
reimbursed. Customers exchanging or attempting to exchange outside of the 15 day
policy will be reshipped their original product and recharged ground shipping
fee.
Refunds - Merchandise can be returned for a refund within 15 days of the
shipping date. Please note Shipping and Handling charges are Not Refundable,
and will Not be refunded for Any Reason. Products returned must be
in resalable condition. Refunds will only be issued by the method they paid
with. If an order was paid with a check, we will mail you a check Full
Housings Sets, are also Not Refundable, Including all Nextel and Motorola Full
Housings Sets. Item/items returned outside Terms and Conditions will
be charged a 20% restocking fee. Products missing or have damaged packaging will
be charged a $3.00 package fee. Refunds are done at the discretion of AirCom
Wireless. Customers attempting to return outside of the 15 day policy
will be reshipped their original product and recharged ground shipping fee.
Warranty on Chargers -
AirCom Wireless protects you against manufacturer defects
for one full year on all Car and Travel chargers. We will
replace your charger one time within one year of purchase
at the discretion of AirCom Wireless.
Customer must ship item for inspection and upon
authorization your replacement will be shipped. AirCom
Wireless is not responsible for normal wear and tear or
abuse, and no "the dog chewed it up" wouldn't work either.
Full Housing Sets - Full Housings Sets, are Not Refundable, nor
exchangeable. This is due to the many parts involved in the construction of the
full housings sets and the delicate nature of the installation process. This
includes all Nextel, LG and Motorola series Full Housings Sets.
Restocking/Discarding Fees - If for any reason a item is returned to
AirCom Wireless outside these terms and conditions, a 25%
"restocking/Discarding" fee will be charged. All Faceplates and housings are
inspected for quality assurance before packaging and rechecked prior to shipping
at our facility. This procedure generates a 99% faultless product. Therefore any
faceplate or housing that is returned for a refund or replacement, which is
damaged in any fashion will be charged a 20% housing discard fee.
Shipments Not Accepted / Returned to Sender Shipments - If for any reason
a shipment is refused or not accepted, this will be considered outside AirCom
Wireless Products' terms and conditions, and a 20% "restocking/Discarding" fee
will be charged.
ReShipping Fees - If for any reason a item is returned to AirCom Wireless
Products outside these "Terms and Conditions", a $2.99 shipping and handling
will be imposed against your account.
